Menu Review and Approval
If you are a part of nursing home, group home and/or assisted living facility and looking to review your weekly menu from a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist per federal guidelines, you have come at the right place.
The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) plays a major role in reviewing a menu for nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living facilities. The RDN evaluates the amount of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and fibers available in each menu item and makes sure that the menu is well balanced. Then using federal guidelines RDN makes recommendations to the dietary director, and approves a menu after all changes have been made in the menu by a dietary director.
Right Nutrition Works is pleased to review a menu for your facility and is pleased to approve it per federal guidelines.
